Event production for a global sporting moment, right here in Kigali.

A world championship.
A Kigali moment.

A championship is more than the race. It is the experience around it: the fan zones, the finish-line energy, the screens, the sound and the movement of people.

For the 2025 UCI Road World Championships in Kigali, Planet Events contributed staging, audiovisual production, branded environments and coordinated logistical support. Our work helped connect spectators with the action across key event areas.

Production scope

  • Staging & technical production
  • LED screens, sound & lighting
  • Fan zones & event branding
  • On-site coordination
